My item has been delivered to the incorrect mailbox or stolen delivery after signing?
We are not responsible for misplaced/stolen items after delivery (for example, after delivery of the mailbox). We will ensure that the items are delivered to your address based on the information provided by the logistics company. If the item needs to be replaced, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
